Return Policy

With a receipt:

All products carried at the salon by Kristi Heffelfinger have a 30-day return policy with receipt. Items without a receipt will need proof of purchase from Kristi and can be exchanged for an item with equal or lesser value.

This also will include her book which would be purchased on PayPal.

My intention is to provide the products my customers need and that they are satisfied with their purchase. As always please communicate with Kristi as to what your needs are and how she can be of service to you.
