Payment: As many of our stylists are independent, payment methods will vary (many prefer cash or check). Please inquire with the front desk about your stylist’s preferred method of payment. As a salon, we accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Cancellations: Your appointment is reserved especially for you, should you need to make any changes, please be sure to do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. Our stylists’ individual policies vary, please contact the front desk or your stylist with any questions.
Children: While we do love your little ones, for their safety and the comfort of our clients, children are allowed in the salon but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please contact us with any questions, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Return Policy: We accept product returns and exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date. Sale items are final sale.
